Brocks Guest House stands out for its prime location, making it easy to explore attractions and offering convenient access to the Royal Crescent and the city center. Guests often appreciate the spacious rooms and bathrooms, sometimes mentioning the high ceilings reminiscent of an authentic Georgian house, complete with comfortable beds, nice linens, and tea trays with biscuits. While some guests in top-floor rooms have noted the absence of an elevator for luggage, the building's overall beauty and quiet surroundings still make for a pleasant stay, enhanced by features such as working TVs and good supplies of hot drinks and toiletries.

the building itself is beautiful, located in a quiet area. everything was super clean. the bedding was crisp and fresh.
The heating was automatically turned off at night and it was freezing in our room. i woke up feeling cold and rigid. some reviews mentioned water bottles on arrival. We did not receive any water.

Historical Charm and Modern Comforts!

central locationcomfortable beddiscounted rateirrelevant email
I found the location really good. It sits perfectly between the Circus and the Royal Crescent. The facilities met my needs completely, I wanted nothing more. The bed provided great comfort. I also benefited from a discounted rate, I thought it increased my satisfaction!
I received several automated emails with similar content. I found them irrelevant. The important email with key information arrived only on the last day. I assumed it was more of the same and missed it, I experienced stress until I found the access details.
